Role Description: This is a full-time/part time on site role based in Bath, with some flexibility. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project timelines, sourcing, budgets, and resources
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Improving processes and optimising operations for the organization
- Leading some of the team within the business
Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead, plan, and deliver projects effectively
- Experience in Expediting and Inspection, ensuring deliverables meet schedules and quality standards
- Proficiency in Expeditor techniques and Logistics Management to streamline operations and supply chains
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Experience in the skincare, spa, or related industries is highly desirable
