Natural Spa Factory is an independent, founder-led British beauty and wellness business. From our facility in Bath, we develop, formulate, manufacture and supply premium skincare, body care and spa products, both through our own brand and as a bespoke formulation and private-label partner to other businesses.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, organised and action-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to help bring our brand and marketing activity to life across paid, owned and earned media. We want someone who combines creative thinking with a strong bias for action, has an exceptional eye for detail and enjoys taking projects from idea to execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns across digital, print, email, social, PR and direct marketing.
- Brand & Content: Create and coordinate engaging content, website updates, marketing collateral, POS materials and brand assets.
- Creative Production: Organise photoshoots and manage creative briefs, designers, agencies and external suppliers.
- Events & PR: Coordinate trade shows, brand activations, press activity and partnership marketing.
- Delivery & Performance: Own campaign timelines, budgets and execution, track results and work closely with the commercial team to support lead generation and business growth.
About You
- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B.
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.
- Creative, commercially minded and confident contributing ideas.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Strong written communication skills and an excellent eye for brand detail.
- Hands-on, resourceful and happy working in a fast-paced, independent business.
