The role involves helping to keep our sites safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of our buildings across the Anglesey and Arfon area, carrying out vital compliance checks and contributing to a safe, efficient working environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
You will be part of a supportive Facilities team covering North West Wales, working together to deliver high standards in both hard and soft services. Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring health and safety compliance
- Assisting with maintenance and contractor coordination
- Ensuring our sites remain operational, welcoming, and legally compliant
Driving is essential to this role as you will need to travel regularly among sites using electric vehicles. Therefore, you must hold a full and current UK driving license.
What you will do:
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment for NRW staff, customers, and contractors
- Provide excellent frontline customer service and foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivering services
