The role Are you an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving people challenges and helping managers get the best from their teams? We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Human Resources Officer to join our People Team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and support across a wide range of people matters, helping managers and employees navigate HR policies, procedures and employment legislation with confidence. You will play a key role in supporting employee relations casework, delivering people initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve the experience of our workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working collaboratively, influencing positive outcomes and making a real difference across the organisation. Applications will be considered on a full and part time basis. As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
