Strategic Leader, Records & Knowledge Management in Cardiff

The role

This role will provide strategic leadership for Records Management, Knowledge Management, Document Management and Information Architecture across NRW. This role will lead on developments in Digital Records Management, applying automatic retention rules, digital transfers, applying AI and automation workflows to Records Management, and in supporting Digital Transformation at NRW. This role will also interpret relevant key legislation to set the strategic direction for Records Management at NRW to ensure we meet compliance requirements.
