Natural Resources Wales (Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru) is offering a fixed-term postgraduate placement focused on the analysis and mapping of four years of fishing vessel positional data collected via Vessel Monitoring Systems (VMS) in Welsh waters. The role targets recent postgraduates in marine science and provides mentorship within NRW's Marine and Coastal Ecosystems Advice Team.
The successful candidate will develop repeatable data workflows, work with leading marine specialists, and gain valuable experience.
