The role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Legal Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to join a busy and dynamic legal environment.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal professionals.
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
  • Preparing, formatting, and processing legal documents and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems.
  • Arranging meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating diaries.
  • Assisting with case management and document tracking.
