As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Operations and Asset Management team with a Control Centre Portfolio Manager at our Glasgow/Stirling or Castle Douglas sites.
Our Team
Our Operations and Asset Management team manage over 200 renewable sites across the UK and Europe. Site management is delivered by our asset managers, regional field team and in-house technical experts. Our in-house Control Centre provides a wealth of services including health and safety coordination, grid code services, 24/7 monitoring and high voltage support. The servicing and repair technicians also form an integral part of the Operations and Asset Management team, working closely with analysts and engineers to schedule maintenance work.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic interface between the Control Centre and clients.
- Build and develop contact specific KPI reporting.
- Monitor Control Centre KPI performance, developing improvement plans for areas of non-compliance.
- Provide specific feedback to the Control Centre Operations Manager and 24/7 Team Leaders on individual performance including positive feedback and development opportunities.
- Liaise with clients in a timely manner highlighting contract specific KPI performance and communicating outcomes of investigations and corrective actions.
- Manage ad-hoc, strategic enquiries from existing customers.
- Provide timely acknowledgement of issues, carry out relevant investigations and provide quality feedback proactively to customers.
- Own Control Centre stakeholder engagement plan and maintain periodic dialogue with key stakeholders.
- Be accountable for the preparation and delivery of periodic contract reviews with customers, in line with contractual expectations.
- Act as the product owner of the Performance Centre Application.
- Ensure all customers have access to Performance Centre, populated with agreed data.
- Drive development of the application increasing capabilities and designing out performance issues.
- Champion a self-service model of data access for all clients.
- Act as product owner for the Go Contractor Application.
- Ensure all required customers have access to the system.
- Ensure the system is populated with accurate information and suitably maintained at all times.
- Champion a self-service model of usage.
- Support the Head of Control Centre as required.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
