As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Construction team with an Assistant Project Manager. This is a permanent, full‑time role based at one of our offices in Stirling, Glasgow or Castle Douglas, and it incorporates hybrid working.
The role involves providing pre‑construction and construction phase consultancy services by supporting project managers to deliver client and contract requirements for projects such as onshore wind, solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hydro, and other associated technologies.
Responsibilities- Undertake pre‑planning, pre‑construction, and construction phase services in connection with UK and wider European and global renewable developments.
- Assist and prepare for submission of various documents, including but not limited to:
- Tenders
- Monthly reports
- Technical documentation
- Contract preparation and management
- Planning condition discharging
- Work with key stakeholders (client, planning authorities, statutory environmental authorities, local communities, utilities, highway authorities, etc.) to deliver construction management services.
- Administration relating to projects including management of project budgets, risk and TQ registers, monthly reporting, and action trackers.
- Ad‑hoc assessments and tasks associated with project management as directed by the project team involved.
- Chair and minute client and contractor meetings.
