The role is to ensure quality is maintained at all levels of production. Supervising the QA team and coaching the Operations team to drive quality and maintain due diligence to food safety. A strong decision making that ensures quality is at the forefront of how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to Natural Innovation Health non-conformances, customer complaints etc.
- Responsible for driving complaint reduction plans across the site in conjunction with the Operations team to support the Technical Services team.
- Supporting the QA manager with any day to day tasks required to fulfil customer requirements.
- Helping to drive down Quality Complaints by carrying out process checks or in-depth investigations.
- Reasonable requests to carry out other duties that may be required to fulfil the business's strategic and operational effectiveness.
