Process Development Technologist

Job Purpose:

To ensure the on-time and accurate launch of products that deliver high quality, safety, and efficiency for our customers, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize trials with cross-functional teams, ensuring all information is collated and actions are taken to meet customer expectations for product launches.
2. Maintain and create supporting documentation to provide tools necessary for key stakeholders to enable successful NPD/EPD launches.
3. Collect data related to quality and safety, including trial reports, QAS, etc.
4. Manage end-to-end projects that deliver NPD, EPD, and CI activities.
5. Support customers and customer-facing teams by sharing accurate information, including facilitating customer visits with commercial and technical teams.
6. Communicate process development activities internally and externally.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve first-time right product launches that satisfy customers and improve current processes.
8. Support meetings related to concept-to-launch activities and ensure completion of project actions within this process.
9. Perform other duties reasonably requested to support the business\’s strategic and operational goals.
