- Managing the engineering team to ensure delivery of scheduled work and reactive work so that plant availability is optimized
- Comply with statutory regulations and requirements
- Ensure engineering downtime is minimized, liaising with the Operations and Planning teams to allow for all PPM’s to be completed in a timely manner
- Ensure Food Safety and Equipment Integrity is tracked in line with PPM’s
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, leading by example
- Maintain appropriate standards within engineering areas
