About The Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of talent in a world-class Museum? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy. Overseeing around 150 campaigns annually, you will lead on the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across the Museum to anticipate resourcing needs and deliver tailored, impactful campaigns. From crafting compelling candidate marketing materials to planning large-scale recruitment events, you will develop new approaches to attract top-tier talent and ensure we deliver inclusive, data-driven, and best-in-class recruitment experiences to enable the Museum to deliver its ambitious strategy.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive talent acquisition professional with significant in-house recruitment experience, a proven track record in hiring for key roles, and experience of successfully developing and implementing initiatives to evolve organisations' approaches to hiring. You'll excel in developing and implementing assessments, coaching managers, and executing targeted campaigns for hard-to-fill positions. Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems, managing budgets, and utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. With strong organisational skills, sound data analysis skills and a flexible and proactive approach, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful hiring outcomes. Hybrid working

We also recognise the benefits and flexibility that hybrid working brings. We operate a hybrid working model that requires regular, weekly attendance of 3 days in office for this role, with the precise pattern of days on site and worked from home to be agreed with your manager.
