About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partnering Lead to ensure exceptional delivery of HR business partnering across all areas of the Museum. This role will lead and manage three HR Business Partners who between them divide the organisation into three client groups, and will lead on strategy and implementation for areas of people practice including talent acquisition, workforce diversity & inclusion and reward and recognition. You will work closely with senior leadership to support organisational change and build positive relationships with key internal stakeholders to deliver key elements of our people strategy.
About You
We’re looking for a senior HR professional with experience of leading high performing business partnering teams. You\’ll bring a proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders and solve complex people challenges. Strong knowledge of employment law, experience in managing ER casework, developing HR policies, and leading diversity initiatives are essential. You’ll bring excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and develop your team to deliver excellent service across the Museum.

We operate a hybrid working model that requires regular, weekly attendance for this role, with the precise pattern of days on site and worked from home to be agreed with your manager.
