Café Team Supervisor - Maidstone, Kent Full Time | 40 Hours per Week £28,000 - £31,000 OTE + Free Membership + Meals on Shift Be Part of Something Natural Fit has just launched an exciting brand-new premium health club in Maidstone, and we’re looking for a passionate Café Team Supervisor to help create a café experience that’s every bit as impressive as our gym and spa.
The Role As Lead Café Team Member, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our café, leading by example while developing and supporting your team.
We’re looking for someone who can inspire others—not just someone who can cook.
You’ll train colleagues with little or no kitchen experience, helping them confidently prepare healthy food, deliver excellent service and maintain consistently high standards.
Alongside leading the team, you’ll oversee stock, food safety, supplier ordering and help drive café sales through seasonal specials, promotions and member events.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
