About Us

For over 17 years, Natural Baby Shower has been a trusted voice in the nursery industry – a leading, innovative e-commerce brand known for doing things differently. We believe that parenting choices should feel good for families and the planet, and we’ve built our reputation on thoughtfully curated products, outstanding service, and a deep commitment to sustainability.

Everything we do is shaped by our values of CARE:

  • Aspire – We constantly raise the bar, from the brands we stock to the way we show up for our community.

We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of Natural Baby Shower’s growth. This is a key leadership role, where you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a bold marketing vision that reflects our values, strengthens our brand, and drives commercial success.

You’ll own and evolve our omnichannel marketing strategy – from digital performance and brand partnerships to content, CRM, and social. With a sharp eye for data and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, you’ll ensure every campaign resonates with our audience of conscious, modern parents.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the marketing strategy and budget, balancing growth and brand equity with business goals and commercial targets.
  • Lead an omnichannel approach across paid media (search, social, affiliates), CRM, PR, SEO, brand partnerships, and organic social.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing in-house team and lead departmental heads across Digital Performance, CRM & Campaigns, Creative, Social and Partnerships, plus agency partners.
  • Build strong relationships with E-commerce, Buying, and Customer Service teams to align marketing with wider business activity and trading plans.

Customer & Brand

  • Champion our customer-first approach, ensuring we’re speaking directly to expectant parents in a way that reflects our brand values.

Creative & Campaign Delivery

  • Oversee campaign planning and execution across internal and external teams.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all platforms, from creative and content to CRM and media.
  • Support the production of engaging content—from short-form video and social to product storytelling and brand campaigns.

CRM & Retention

  • Own the CRM strategy, using segmentation, personalisation and automation to improve retention, customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing programmes and ensure they’re optimised to deliver timely, relevant communications.
  • Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to drive CRM performance across email, SMS and app communications.

PR & Brand Visibility

  • Lead the PR strategy to grow brand awareness and position Natural Baby Shower as a trusted voice among expectant parents.
  • Drive growth across our organic social channels, with a focus on community building, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Oversee brand partnerships and trade marketing activity, ensuring co-branded campaigns deliver both awareness and revenue.
  • Maximise brand-funded marketing budgets and collaborative opportunities with partner brands.

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within retail or e-commerce. Commercially minded with a deep understanding of customer behaviours and brand strategy. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and analytics software. Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. Analytical thinker with a passion for using data to drive growth and performance.

The chance to lead exciting projects and shape the future of our brand. Hybrid working options. Competitive salary. 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). Private health insurance. Employee discounts on our beautiful range of products. Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
