UI/UX Lead

Natterbox is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the way businesses interact with their customers through voice solutions integrated into Salesforce. We believe in delivering exceptional user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and engagement. As we scale, we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Lead to take ownership of the design and user experience across our platform.

As the UI/UX Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the user interface and experience strategy for our products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for our users. You will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring consistency across our product suite.

What you’ll do

Design Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX strategy aligned with Natterbox’s product vision
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design
• Ensure designs meet user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Challenge design approaches and ensure the outputs are aligned to the designs

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success, to create user-centered designs
• Act as the primary advocate for design thinking and user-first approaches within the organisation

Standards and Best Practices

• Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across products
• Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights

What you’ll need

• Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on SaaS products
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or telephony solutions
• Familiarity with React for effective collaboration with developers
• Knowledge of AI-driven design tools and methodologies
