This is a hands-on, delivery-focused design role.
You will be our only designer, working directly with Product Owners across the platform.
- What you’ll do
- Work with each Product Owner to turn their vision into beautifully designed and built products.
- Use AI alongside Figma for rapid prototyping: building clickable prototypes and exploring and testing ideas quickly.
- Own and maintain our Figma component library, which is central to how we ship with quality and confidence.
- Design complex enterprise workflows, including real-time monitoring, configuration and retrospective analysis, balancing simplicity for new users with depth for experienced ones.

Product at Natterbox is a small, senior team with a flat structure.
As our only designer, you will work directly with Product Owners across the platform and own your own quality bar.

- Strong Figma skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining component and design systems.

- Shipped B2B or Saa S products with genuinely complex workflows, rather than marketing sites or consumer-only work.
- The ability to operate as the only designer, and to own your own quality bar.
