You are a customer-centric professional with a strong commercial background, ready to make a significant impact. Your foundation includes:
- A strong track record in B2B SaaS, with at least three years of experience in an Account Management or similar customer-facing role where you have carried a quota.
- Proven commercial expertise, with demonstrable success in managing renewals, driving strategic upsell opportunities, and confidently articulating ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to create powerful connections with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- A structured and strategic approach, including proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce for meticulous account planning and health tracking.
