Natta Building Company is currently recruiting for a self‑employed cleaner to work part time on our project in Epping.
Requirements:
- UTR number – self‑employed
- Cleaning and upkeep of all welfare areas of the site, including offices, toilets and kitchen/dining facilities
- Experience in site cleaning, construction or general cleaning role
- Right to work in the UK documents
- Own transportation to commute to site
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning male and female rest rooms
- Cleaning office and meeting room
- Cleaning changing room and canteen
- Duties include all surfaces, flooring, appliances and emptying recycling receptacles
Working hours are flexible to suit the successful candidate – up to a suggested maximum of 6 hours per week. Site working hours are 07:30 am to 05:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The position is advertised as a labour‑only contract. The rate of pay is £15 per hour.
