We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator (Maternity Cover) to support the effective delivery of in-house and accredited training courses. The role involves managing course documentation, issuing certificates and cards, and training course bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue certificates and cards to successful delegates upon completion of in-house training courses.
- Scan, save, process, and track all cards and certificates from accredited courses, ensuring accurate records of when and where items are sent.
- Manage and process card payments for training courses taken over the phone.
- Prepare and distribute course paperwork for trainers ahead of scheduled training sessions.
- Assist sales team with booking training course bookings onto system.
- Assist with invigilation of Health and Safety Touch Screen Tests.
- Manage all test-related paperwork and maintain accurate, organised filing systems in line with awarding body scheme rules.
- Carry out additional administrative duties to support the wider administration team as needed.
