We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator (Maternity Cover) to support the effective delivery of in‑house and accredited training courses. The role involves managing course documentation, issuing certificates and cards, and booking training courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue certificates and cards to successful delegates upon completion of in‑house training courses.
- Scan, save, process, and track all cards and certificates from accredited courses, ensuring accurate records of when and where items are sent.
- Manage and process card payments for training courses taken over the phone.
- Prepare and distribute course paperwork for trainers ahead of scheduled training sessions.
- Assist sales team with booking training course bookings onto the system.
- Assist with invigilation of Health and Safety Touch Screen Tests.
- Manage all test‑related paperwork and maintain accurate, organised filing systems in line with awarding body scheme rules.
- Carry out additional administrative duties to support the wider administration team as needed.
