Hire Controller – Natta Building Company Ltd

Natta Building Company is looking for a proactive and organized Hire Controller to join our Plant Department at Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Base Pay Range

£29,000.00-£32,000.00 (Salary range provided by Natta Building Company Ltd. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and site teams to manage all plant and tool hire requirements.
• Use the Hire Management software Syrinx to create hire contracts, orders, and associated documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source equipment and manage deliveries/collections.
• Maintain accurate databases, records, and files to support efficient department operations.
• Work closely with Plant Department colleagues to resolve queries and ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Hire Controller or related administrative role (preferred but not essential).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Syrinx Hire Management software is advantageous (training can be provided).
