Petty Pool Trust is a forward-thinking, inclusive charity comprising Petty Pool College (a specialist FE provider), Petty Pool in the Community (supporting young adults with learning disabilities), and the Petty Pool Outdoor Education Centre.
Salary: £45,011.87 – £51,652.15
Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday–Friday

Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The Head of Quality and Standards will lead the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance frameworks across all areas of the organisation: Education, Community Services, and Outdoor Learning. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will play a central role in maintaining and improving standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a culture of high aspiration, accountability, and reflective practice. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values-led charity dedicated to improving life chances for young people with learning disabilities.
