We are seeking to appoint a Business Manager for The Park College.

Salary: Hay 9, SCP 27 – 34 starting salary £42,912

Hours: 35 hours per week, full time, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Main geographical location of role: 5 Kennington Park Pl, London SE11 4AS

Closing date: 11 May 2026

Description: The successful candidate will operate, maintain and develop the administrative and financial procedures and systems of the college in co‑operation with the Principal and Board, ensuring that all legal and safety requirements with regard to people and property are met. They will also be responsible for the college site, its buildings, their maintenance, development, and efficient use. The role requires a person who is enthusiastic, conscientious, efficient and honest, and an excellent communicator.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing administrative and financial systems in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and implement maintenance and development of facility sites.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements relating to people and property.
