Job Overview The Change Management Practitioner supports change management colleagues in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects/change initiatives across NATS, working with supervision. This role is crucial in ensuring that changes affecting people are effectively managed, and that the organisation adapts smoothly to new processes, technologies, and strategies. Other Duties Include Delivery: Support the preparation and delivery of change management plans under the guidance / management of an experienced senior change management professional. Engagement: Support project and change management colleagues to prepare for and deliver stakeholder engagement interventions to build awareness, readiness, and smooth change adoption. Communication: Support project and change management colleagues to work with communications, benefits, and requirements colleagues to develop clear, concise, and effective communication materials to inform and engage employees about upcoming changes. Impact Analysis: Support project and change management colleagues to work with requirements, technical subject matter experts, and business analysts to assess how people will be affected by the change. Training: Support the training/change management colleagues with the coordination of training sessions, capturing feedback, and implementing suitable responses. Monitoring & Reporting: Support Change Management colleagues in collecting data, managing it and preparing insights for project reporting on the state of people readiness. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the delivery of change management services and support the development of solutions. Stay informed about professional developments, apply this knowledge and participate in peer learning to enhance the effectiveness of change management delivery. Post Implementation: Participate in and provide support as required for Post Implementation Reviews evaluating the success of change initiatives and sharing lessons learned. Essential Skills and Experience Some prior experience in a change management or people related role. Familiarity and basic skill in using change management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Basic understanding of project and programme principles, ideally with some experience in supporting project management activities. Change Management certification (e.g. APMG/Prosci) would be beneficial. Sound analytical thinking with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues. 1-3 years\' experience in facilitation, workshop design, and delivery.
