The Role
We’re looking for a
Head of Impact & Influence to champion and embed Natracare’s standards, purpose and thought leadership throughout the organisation.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role working directly with Senior Leadership.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring Natracare remains the benchmark for health, sustainability, product integrity and ethical business practice.
What you’ll do
- Protect and advance our standards
- Lead the development and delivery of our impact strategy
- Monitor emerging regulations, standards and stakeholder expectations
- Identify opportunities to lead beyond compliance and continue to challenge the status quo
- Oversee strategic certifications including B Corp and 1% For the Planet
- Ensure our commitments continue to create meaningful impact and business value
- Act as an internal champion for standards and continuous improvement
- Bring intelligence and foresight into the organisation
- Horizon scan emerging scientific research, environmental issues and regulatory developments
- Identify risks and opportunities that could impact the business, category or consumers
- Build strong relationships with external experts, industry bodies and research partners
- Ensure leadership teams have access to relevant intelligence to support strategic decision making and external advocacy
- Assist the business in challenging and developing solutions for change
- Drive product stewardship and innovation
- Translate emerging science and environmental insights into product and packaging innovation opportunities
- Support future product specifications and material choices
- Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement
- Help ensure Natracare products remain differentiated, credible and best‑in‑class
- Support responsible innovation aligned with our mission and values
- Lead impact reporting and external commitments
- Own B Corp strategy and recertification roadmap
- Lead our 1% for the Planet and charitable commitments
- Partner with the Technical Lead to create meaningful impact reporting and transparency frameworks
- Track and communicate progress against key impact objectives
- Build knowledge, capability and education
- Develop programmes that increase sustainability, environmental and impact literacy across the organisation
- Equip teams with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions
- Work with Marketing and expert Ambassadors to translate complex topics into engaging customer education
- Support retailer, distributor and stakeholder education initiatives
- Build awareness of emerging environmental, health and social issues relevant to our sector
- Help embed stewardship thinking into everyday business decisions
- Support commercial growth and category leadership
- Ensure Natracare’s impact credentials continue to create meaningful differentiation within the category
- Support the development of compelling evidence‑based narratives that demonstrate product superiority and support premium positioning
- Partner with the Commercial & Growth Director to strengthen retailer and distributor engagement
- Provide scientific, environmental and product expertise to support customer presentations, sell‑ins and strategic negotiations
- Help protect margins by ensuring the value of Natracare’s standards, certifications and product choices are clearly understood
- Identify opportunities where emerging trends or stakeholder expectations can create competitive advantage
- Protect and evolve our pioneering legacy
- Capture and transfer key knowledge and expertise developed over more than three decades
- Support thought leadership, research and industry engagement opportunities
- Help maintain Natracare’s position as a trusted authority within the industry
- Ensure our founding principles continue to guide future business decisions
- Translate data and evidence into clear policy positions, campaign narratives and consultation responses

- Significant experience in sustainability, stewardship, product innovation, standards, policy and environmental leadership
- Experience operating at a strategic level within a purpose‑led organisation
- Strong understanding of environmental and social impact frameworks
- Scientific and data literacy and the ability to interpret evidence and emerging research
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across organisations
- Excellent communication, education and thought leadership skills

Job type
