ABOUT THE JOB
Natoora is looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for business and growth strategies for Natoora’s two key retail accounts, Ocado and Waitrose.
We have been a premium partner of Ocado for 10 years, and having recently expanded our Waitrose relationship, this is a great opportunity for an experienced account manager to further grow the consumer sales side of Natoora’s business.
You will have a strong background and several years’ experience in a comparable, high-volume, competitive eCommerce or sales environment. You will be able to demonstrate working effectively and efficiently across multiple teams to achieve key business goals.
Responsibilities
All National Account sales including:
· Identify and develop strategies for sustainable growth
· Define and manage the roadmap for these sales channels and coordinate across departments to maximise growth through our retail partners
· Create and implement the promotional strategy
· Use data to analyse the success of strategies and further drive performance
· Sales and margin reporting
· Full P&L responsibility
· Conduct joint business plan negotiations
· Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including C-level management
· Work with Brand team to plan and coordinate marketing strategy to reflect company goals
· Ensure any problems that arise are dealt with smoothly and promptly by the appropriate teams
· Work closely with Buying, Pricing and Operations to ensure that KPIs are being met
About you
· Experience in a similar role executing joint business plans and achieving ambitious and measurable goals
· Proactive, problem solving and calm under pressure
· Able to communicate and work across departments
· Excellent, professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to interpret financial and sales data and results
· Highly analytical
· Well organised and able to work to deadlines
· Experience and knowledge of the food industry is desirable but not essential
· Proficient use of excel is essential and experience of Tableau of a similar tool would be an asset
