Natoora started close to 20 years ago with a very simple, yet powerful goal to find incredible flavour in fresh produce. Today, our dedication to this mission has grown into an impactful network of over 500 independent growers spanning nine sourcing hubs across three continents. Our mission is clear: to fix the food system at scale by reinstating flavour, nutrition and transparency, all while safeguarding the health of our soils. Experts in sourcing flavour-first, seasonal fruits and vegetables, we work with hundreds of kitchens and some of the most exciting and influential chefs in London, New York, Paris, and beyond. From chefs, to home cooks to schoolchildren, we want to empower people to make better food choices and become informed drivers of change.

You will support a dynamic sales team to deliver a strong base pricing and a promotional strategy that helps us to reach a larger customer base. You will be naturally inquisitive, adept at dealing with large datasets and able to make decisions under time pressure. You will be passionate about changing the food system by growing our outreach in this important market.

- Ad-hoc projects/analysis.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a similar role.
- An analytical mind, able to interpret data, develop hypotheses and creative ideas to improve profitability and revenue growth.
- Intellectually curious but with a proven track record of rolling up sleeves to understand the ins and outs of costing and margins (understanding inventory waste, transport costs, liaising with suppliers etc).
- Proactive, a keen problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
- Able to communicate and work across departments.
- Experience with Tableau, an analytical tool is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, comfortable with lookups, pivot tables and sumifs.
- Able to interpret financial and sales data and results.
