Natoora is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Professional who will be responsible for business and growth strategies across our key retail accounts in the UK. As a pivotal member of our Commercial Team, you will utilise your experience of packaged grocery sales to develop our offering into new markets, whilst building strategies to grow existing accounts. You will run a small team responsible for the day-to-day management of our core B2C accounts including Ocado, Waitrose, Whole Foods and Zapp.
You will have a strong background and several years’ experience in packaged grocery sales to National Accounts, with a proactive approach to business growth and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop strategies for ambitious and sustainable growth, with both new business and existing accounts.
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders to establish impactful business plans and agreements.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners.
- Analyse performance to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and performance, ensuring KPIs are set and met.
- Define and manage the roadmap for these sales channels and coordinate across departments.
- Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including C-level management.
- Line manage a team of 4-5.
- Experience in a similar role with demonstrable new business acumen.
- Experience in executing joint business plans and achieving ambitious and measurable goals.
- Proactive, a keen problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
- Able to communicate and work across departments.
- Excellent, professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interpret financial and sales data and results.
- Experience in trend analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities and market shifts.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
