We are looking for a talented Help Desk Support to join our industry-leading Tech team and help build a nimble, resilient model for a better future for food. Technology is at the core of our operational model and is key to furthering our mission of leading a revolution in the food system. This would be an opportunity to work with and implement new technologies in our systems. Our team is growing rapidly while maintaining a social and dynamic vibe.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support on-site or over the phone to troubleshoot issues that arise with computers, printers, tablets, other devices or in-house systems.
  • Organising and maintaining inventory of all assets such as iPads, iMac, Windows Computers, Mac computers, Server room, spare devices and software.
  • Setting up assets for new or existing employees.
  • Travelling to all Natoora sites in London and outside the UK in the EU, AU and the US if needed.
  • Keeping all assets up-to-date and secure.
  • Managing all users' accounts and requests, such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, our internal system, etc.
  • Network infrastructure basics (cable termination, patch panel cabling, etc).

  • Experience with Linux system administration.
  • Knowledge of IT Security Cybersecurity Essentials.

  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux.
  • Monitoring systems such as Grafana.
  • Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
