ABOUT THE JOB

Based in London, this role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast-growing, international business.

You will be focused on our Italian and Danish regions, responsible for the accounts payable and cashflow of each region.

Responsibilities

  • Management of accounts payable inbox and supplier query resolution
  • Monitor invoice system and confirm invoices are correctly submitted
  • Manage and prepare aged creditor report
  • Monitor accounts payable and support weekly cashflow preparation and payment allocations
  • Support in the preparation of the month-end accounts, including reconciliation of payroll and sales invoices
  • Perform the monthly supplier reconciliation process
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Support the year-end audit process

ABOUT YOU

  • Italian speaker is highly desirable
  • Part-qualified accountant or AAT qualified
  • At least 2 years' experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Quick Books is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
