Our mission is simple but ambitious: to fix the food system. For nearly two decades, we have worked directly with independent growers who put flavour first, reconnecting kitchens in London, New York, Paris, Melbourne, Miami, Copenhagen and Malmö with varieties and farming methods that are disappearing fast. Today, we supply over 1,000 of the world's most forward-thinking restaurants across three continents, alongside a growing community of home cooks who care deeply about where their food comes from. From championing seasonal eating and supporting independent growers to rejecting the short-term thinking of intensive agriculture, we're reimagining supply chains from the ground up — building a more responsible food system rooted in biodiversity, ecosystem health, and the transformative power of flavour.

As Natoora enters its next phase of global growth, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and take strategic ownership of the financial architecture of the business. This is a pivotal hire. Our financial operations span multiple regions, business models, and revenue streams; the right CFO will be the person who brings clarity to that complexity, ensures our systems and reporting are as ambitious as our mission, and helps guide the company through the decisions that will define our next decade. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, you will combine rigorous financial stewardship with genuine commercial instincts. You will be a trusted partner to the CEO and CCO, a clear communicator to the Board, and a confident leader to a finance function that spans B2B, B2C and multiple regions. You'll bring the gravitas to hold the room in a board presentation and the curiosity to get into the detail of a regional P&L. Most importantly, you'll understand that in a business like ours, financial resilience and mission alignment are one and the same.

What You'll Own

  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping company financial strategy
  • Lead and scale a high-performing Finance function, developing talent and capability across multiple regions
  • Partner with the CEO and CCO to refine our economic models across markets and evaluate investment opportunities aligned with our mission
  • Embed financial literacy and ownership across regions and departments, ensuring teams are empowered and commercially resilient
  • Lead the budgeting process for all subsidiaries and business units, building and maintaining robust financial models and scenario forecasts to support exec-level decision-making
  • Deliver clear, insightful monthly reporting presented to the Board, regional MDs, and the broader leadership team
  • Support regional MDs and commercial teams with margin analysis, pricing strategy, and performance tracking in a way that enables independent, fast‑paced decision‑making
  • Evaluate acquisition and expansion opportunities through detailed modelling and forecasting
  • Oversee global financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to international accounting standards
  • Lead the audit process and maintain strong internal controls across all regions
  • Manage treasury operations including cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and international payments
  • Monitor key financial risks and design mitigation strategies

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, with prior experience at CFO level
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Proven track record leading finance functions across multi‑entity, international organisations
  • Deep experience in cash flow forecasting and management across multiple currencies and markets
  • Strong background in FP&A and financial systems, with the ability to scale and optimise as a business grows
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams
  • Audit oversight experience with board‑level sign‑off authority
  • Exceptional communication skills: equally confident presenting to a board and working alongside an operations team
  • Experience in distribution, food, or other inventory‑based businesses is highly desirable
  • Pricing or margin management experience preferred
  • Purpose‑driven, commercially sharp, and guided by integrity; someone who sees long‑term value creation and responsible growth as inseparable

What we offer

  • A seat at the executive table of a mission‑driven company at the forefront of food system change
  • The chance to do work with genuine purpose and see its impact directly
  • Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus
  • Employee discount on fresh produce across our app and stores
  • A passionate, collaborative leadership team committed to building a better food future
  • This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in our London office
