We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across complex, technical initiatives within the Oil, Natural Gas & Commodities (ONGC) domain. This role suits someone who is pragmatic, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end Project Management and Scrum Master activities
- Drive delivery within a technical PMO framework
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with senior stakeholders
- Adapt delivery approach to suit project needs (Agile vs Waterfall)
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Background in Oil, Gas, Energy, or Commodities (ONGC) environments
- Strong technical PMO and governance experience
- Excellent risk management and delivery assurance skills
- Comfortable working in highly technical environments
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with fuel or energy trading platforms
- Large‑scale platform or system implementation experience
Additional Information
- Must be able to commute to the London office 3 days per week
- No restrictions on on‑site attendance
