Job Description:
- You are a Solution Architect and have solid experience in the following areas of SAP Commissions:
- Take ownership of RFP activities – scope identification, effort estimation, solution, and its elegant articulation.
- Work individually or in teams to effectively write Infosys solution, present it in Orals and defend it during Due Diligence.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops.
- Work with business and IT teams to elicit and elaborate requirements to group and collate them further in required documents.
- Create POC, demos, explore new product features and pass knowledge to junior team members.
- Design Compensation plans as per business requirements, create compensation plan calculators in excel to explain and calculate payments.
- Configure plans.
