Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in mortgage platforms , ideally with hands-on experience in Iress MSO (Mortgage Sales & Origination) , to join our growing technology and digital transformation team. You will play a key role in designing, governing, and delivering scalable and secure solutions across mortgage and financial services platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect within mortgage domain or financial services.
2. Experience with MSO (Mortgage Sales and Origination) platform from Iress – configuration, integration, and solutioning.
3. Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes, digital journeys, and compliance needs.
4. Ability to design and document APIs, integration flows, and data exchange across systems (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
5. Experience with enterprise integration tools and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
6. Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
7. Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD) is a plus.
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
