We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst (BA) and Architect to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, cloud architecture, and data architecture, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis (BA): Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements; Translate requirements into BDDs, SDDs, functional specs, and architectural artifacts; Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data lineage analysis; Support Agile delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools; Collaborate with QA teams on E2E test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Architecture & Design: Define and own solution, data, and cloud architecture; Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models; Architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions on AWS and Azure; Establish architecture governance frameworks and best practices; Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Cloud & Technology Leadership: AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, Elastic Beanstalk, IAM, Neptune; Azure: Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Event Hub, AKS, Power BI; Microservices and APIs using Java / Spring Boot; CI/CD using GitLab, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform; Ensure cloud security, compliance, and resilience.
- Data, Analytics & Governance: Define enterprise data strategy and governance; Architect data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions; Support regulatory reporting (Basel III, IFRS9, CCAR, AML); Enable analytics using Power BI and Graph technologies.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor BAs, architects, and engineers; Review designs and code for architectural integrity; Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams.
