Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to lead API design, development, and integration using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable and high-performance integration solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices across the integration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
Develop APIs (RAML-based), orchestrations, and reusable connectors
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand integration needs
Implement and enforce MuleSoft best practices , performance tuning, and logging strategies
Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers
Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
Ensure security and governance policies are embedded in the APIs
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions
Work with external/internal systems such as SAP, Salesforce, databases, etc.
Required Skills And Qualifications
5+ years of experience in integration development
3+ years of hands-on development with MuleSoft (preferably Mule 4)
Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns (EIP)
Experience with DataWeave , MUnit (testing), and API Gateway
Proficiency in designing RAML specifications
Experience integrating with REST, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, FTP, and SaaS platforms
Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, SAML , and other authentication mechanisms
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2)
Experience with CloudHub , Runtime Fabric , or on-premise deployments
Background in Java or other object-oriented programming languages
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
