Responsibilities
- Develop full-custom Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF layouts at both block and top levels.
- Ensure layouts meet Analog/Mixed-Signal and RF design constraints.
- Maintain layout quality: matching, symmetry, shielding, isolation, reliability.
- Perform DRC/LVS/ERC and antenna checks; drive layout closure.
- Collaborate closely with designers to resolve layout issues and meet project deadlines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Cadence Virtuoso (XL/GXL)
- Calibre (for verification)
- PDKs with multi-patterning rules
Technology
- Experience with lower technology nodes, preferably 5nm or below
RF Layout Skills
- Handling high-frequency signals, guard rings, shielding, EM coupling
- Layout of RF blocks: mixers, LNAs, VCOs, power amplifiers
Good to Have
- Experience with: PLL, LNA, VGA, ADC, DAC, SerDes, Bandgap, LDO
- Programming in SKILL (for automation)
Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in ECE/EE
