Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Support onboarding of new teams, vendors, and stakeholders into Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Remove impediments and dependencies impacting team progress.
- Support onboarding of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, etc.
- Drive Agile maturity assessments and help teams transition from onboarding to steady-state delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Agile governance, reporting, and metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
- Act as a servant leader and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong experience in Agile onboarding / transformation environments.
- Hands‑on experience supporting multiple Scrum teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise / banking / regulated environments preferred.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in UK banking or financial services.
- Exposure to Agile transformation programs.
