- Deciphering business requirements into User stories
- Overseeing efficient deployment of applications into the Production environment
- Collaborating effectively with the functional team and bridging with the team for support of L1, L2, L3 tickets and change requests
Additional Details:
Looking for experienced SAP HCM consultant with expertise in configuration and implementation of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll modules for global clients (US, UK, India). Exposure to Time, Learning, Travel Expenses. Exposure to SF Onboarding, Recruitment and BIB, PTP configuration integration templates.
Your expertise:
- Must have SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll with ERP 6.0 EHP7
- SAP high proficiency and 8+ years’ experience with SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting), in SAP Customization (Wage types, Schema and Rules) and ABAP development, with the ability to design and build reusable solutions across multiple lines of business.
- A proven track of work experience in cloud (MS Azure platform preferred) in an agile SDLC environment, leveraging modern programming languages, DevOps.
- You hold a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, from making presentations to technical writing.
