We are seeking a hands‑on SAP Ariba Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a multi‑country, multi‑currency procurement solution as part of a global S/4HANA transformation program. This role will architect and deliver scalable procurement processes across Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), ensuring compliance with country‑specific regulatory and operational nuances, and seamless integration with S/4HANA, Azure Fabric, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of SAP Ariba across sourcing, contracts, procurement, and supplier management.
  • Design solutions that support multi‑country operations, multi‑currency transactions, and localized procurement requirements.
  • Ensure integration with S/4HANA, including master data, purchase requisitions, orders, invoices, and supplier lifecycle.
  • Work directly with business users and procurement teams across regions to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Ariba modules.
  • Support the design and delivery of procurement analytics, ensuring visibility into spend, compliance, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure Ariba data is available in SAP Datasphere and SAC for reporting.
  • Define and implement integration patterns between Ariba, S/4HANA, and Azure Fabric, ensuring real‑time data flow and process automation.
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream systems to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery tracking in a time‑ and budget‑constrained environment.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to procurement architecture and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Ariba (S2C and P2P).
  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA Procurement and integration touchpoints.
  • Hands‑on experience with Ariba configuration, workflow design, and integration via CIG or middleware.
  • Strong knowledge of global procurement processes, multi‑currency handling, and local compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with Azure Fabric, data lakes, or cloud‑native integration platforms.
  • Ability to engage with regional business users, gather requirements, and deliver localized solutions.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as SAC, Datasphere, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in agile delivery environments with tight timelines and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certified in Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, or Integration).
  • Experience with Ariba Network, Supplier Risk, or Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors, Concur, or other SAP cloud modules.
  • Prior experience in multi‑country SAP transformation programmes.
