We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and best practices
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and client expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT or business projects
- Excellent stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
- Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise environments
- Ability to work in multi-vendor and global delivery models
