We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft and API design/development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing scalable and secure integration solutions across enterprise systems. Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define API-led connectivity strategies.
- Design and document integration patterns, data flows, and API specifications (RAML/OAS).
- Provide hands-on development support for complex MuleSoft flows, DataWeave transformations, and API policies.
- Oversee the full API lifecycle – from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Integrate MuleSoft with MongoDB and other back-end systems where applicable.
- Define best practices for security, performance, and scalability of integration solutions.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in integration architecture with at least 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience.
- Strong expertise in API design (RESTful APIs, RAML/OpenAPI) and API Management.
- Experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Runtime, API Manager, and Exchange.
- Proficiency in DataWeave, Mule connectors, and custom policies.
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and its integration with MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and logging/monitoring tools for integration environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect / Developer.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with other integration tools or ESBs is a bonus.
