Role Title: Principal Consultant

Work mode: Hybrid - 4 days a week from office

Contract duration: 12 months

Location: Bad Homburg, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Set up and govern Focused Build methodology for the program.
  • Align delivery with SAP Activate and Agile principles.
  • Capture and manage business requirements in Solution Manager.
  • Structure requirements into Work Packages and Work Items for traceability.
  • Configure and manage ChaRM workflows for transport sequencing, approvals, and compliance.
  • Design and execute test plans in Solution Manager Test Suite.

Requirements

  • SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build setup and configuration).
  • Requirements-to-Deploy lifecycle management.
  • ChaRM configuration and transport management.
  • Test Suite integration with Focused Build.
  • Knowledge of compliance and validation in regulated environments.
  • At least 3 implementation experience on SAP S4HANA/Private Cloud.
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations using Focused Build methodology.
  • Deep expertise in SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build components:
    • Requirements-to-Deploy (R2D) lifecycle.
    • Change and Release Management (ChaRM).
    • Test Management and Defect Handling.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery model, Fit-to-Standard approach, and SAP Activate methodology.
