Responsibilities:
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments.
- Strong background working with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, FP&A, Accounting).
- Experience managing systems integrators and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive fast decisions in complex environments.
