Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Experience delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments.
  • Strong background working with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, FP&A, Accounting).
  • Experience managing systems integrators and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive fast decisions in complex environments.
  • Ability to create and visualize presentations and results on an executive-summary level.

Preferred Oracle Fusion Experience:

  • Strong understanding of finance processes and controls.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Reporting.
