We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a cross-functional Agile team and drive the delivery of high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring maximum value is delivered.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with business goals
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and development teams to define product vision and roadmap
- Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure delivered features meet business expectations and quality standards
- Make informed decisions on scope, priority, and trade-offs to maximise value
- Support UAT and product releases
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Certifications / Preferences:
- Domain experience in Banking/Financial Services (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
