We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of expertise in Duck Creek technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, automating, and optimizing deployment processes for Duck Creek enhancement projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Duck Creek architecture, tools, and processes, as well as a strong background in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Duck Creek Application Deployment & Management: Collaborate with development teams to build, deploy, and manage Duck Creek applications across multiple environments (Development, QA, UAT, and Production). Automate the deployment of Duck Creek components, including Author, Express, Server, and Edge. Maintain and enhance deployment scripts and tools for Duck Creek applications.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for Duck Creek enhancement projects. Integrate Duck Creek builds with tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD to ensure seamless build and release processes. Optimize build and deployment pipelines to reduce downtime and ensure high availability. Configure and manage Duck Creek environments, including IIS, SQL Server, and supporting infrastructure. Perform environment provisioning, scaling, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues, including application errors, configuration mismatches, and performance bottlenecks.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline repetitive tasks.
