We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our delivery team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of business value.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
- Ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
- Promote continuous improvement and team self-organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with 3–5 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum, Agile, SAFe methodologies
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Agile or Lean certifications are a plus
Nice To Have
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)
- Exposure to large-scale Agile transformations
