Natobotics in Glasgow is seeking a Scrum Master onboarding support for a 9-month hybrid role.
You will lead Scrum ceremonies, mentor teams, and guide onboarding of new teams, vendors, and stakeholders into Agile/Scrum frameworks.
You will coach teams on Agile principles, support product owners and delivery managers, remove impediments, and ensure governance, reporting, and metrics accuracy.
Prior experience in regulated environments is preferred and Scrum certifications are desirable.
